These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the NAATKA website and the purchase of products from www.naatka.co.uk.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Delivery & Returns Policy and any other policies referenced on our website.

The Terms & Conditions in force at the time your order is placed will apply to your purchase.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours and specifications are as accurate as possible.

As many of our garments are crafted using genuine natural materials, including leather, suede and Mongolian sheepskin, slight variations in grain, texture, colour, curl and finish are natural characteristics and should not be regarded as defects.

Product images are intended for illustration purposes only. Colours may vary slightly depending on your device, monitor settings and lighting conditions.

All prices displayed on our website are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.

Prices are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to amend prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure pricing is accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of your order, we will contact you before processing your order and offer you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.

Once you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming that your order has been received.

This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A contract between you and NAATKA is formed only once your order has been accepted and dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary, including but not limited to circumstances involving pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, payment issues or product unavailability.

Where payment has already been taken for an order that cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be issued.

Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and our authorised payment providers. NAATKA does not store or have access to your full payment card details.

Nothing within these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer legislation.

Our garments are crafted from premium natural materials and require appropriate care.

Please follow the care instructions provided on the garment care label and refer to our Product Care Guide for additional guidance.

NAATKA cannot accept responsibility for damage resulting from care, cleaning or storage methods that differ from the instructions provided on the garment care label or by a specialist cleaner.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, product descriptions, photographs, logos, graphics, designs and other materials, is the property of NAATKA or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without our prior written permission.

You agree not to misuse our website or knowingly introduce viruses, malicious software or any other material that may interfere with the operation or security of the website.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access where necessary to protect the integrity of our website.

Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

Subject to the above, NAATKA shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products, except where required by law.

We are not responsible for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to courier delays, customs procedures, industrial action, adverse weather, natural disasters or interruptions to internet services.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Any amendments will apply only to future orders placed after the revised Terms & Conditions have been published on our website.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
