All products are manufactured and delivered within an estimated 10-15 business days after your online order is placed.

RETURNS

We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns for custom-made items, as each item is created specifically for your order, based on your selected size and color preferences from a vast array of options. However, we do offer store credit in the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase.

DUTIES/TAXES

In the case of orders shipped outside of the UK, any import duties that may be incurred are the responsibility of the receiver. The receiver will be required to pay the import duties as they are importing the product from the UK to their own country. Please note that we cannot be held liable for any import duties.

COLOUR DIFFERENCE

The variation in colour: The colour of the product may slightly differ due to the variation in monitor and screen resolutions. To obtain the most accurate result, we suggest viewing our high-resolution images on a PC with a large screen and full brightness. Our marketing images are captured using professional equipment and undergo minimal filtering, while the colours on the colour chart provide the most accurate representation. Your selected item will be added to your shopping bag on the top right corner of the screen. While you continue to browse, you can click on the bag to see its contents at any time. When ready, proceed to checkout from the cart, follow the prompts, and accept the returns policy for custom-made items. For missing colors, please mention your preferred color in the "order notes" section while processing your order. 2. When Will I Receive My Order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the order summary. All items are made to order and take an estimated 10-15 business days for manufacture and delivery.
3. Can I Order by Telephone?
No. Orders can only be placed on the website using the relevant payment method.
4. How Do I Find a Specific Item?
You can search our online store by product name or categories listed under the menu. Alternatively, use the search function in the top right-hand corner to look for products using keywords.
5. How Do I Know If an Item Is In Stock?

6. What Size Do I Select?
Refer to our size chart as a guideline, which is relevant to NAATKA'S measurements and does not correspond to other brands. Our coats are measured by lining length, with an allowance of 1cm maximum. For customization requests, please email info@naatka.co.uk
7. Are There Color Differences?
There is minimal variation in color of the actual garments. However, variations may occur due to the dyeing process. Our color chart is a true representation of our colors, and we try to edit our photos to show the samples as lifelike as possible. However, the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor.
8. What Payment Methods Does NAATKA.co.uk Accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay via Shopify Payments.
9. Is It Safe to Use My Credit Card Online at NAATKA.co.uk?
We work hard to ensure your purchase is safe and secure. All orders go through a rigorous fraud-checking process for the cardholder’s and our own protection. 
10. How Will I Know If You Have Received My Order?
After you place your order, you will receive an automated email acknowledging its receipt. This usually means that we have confirmed and accepted your order. You will be notified of any order rejection due to fraud checks via email. Once accepted, you will be notified again when your order ships, approximately in 7-12 business days, with your tracking information.
